Sun on every window
Its sundial, the hours of direct sun on every day of the year and when the sun comes in and leaves. This is what we measure ourselves with LiDAR.
Sun on the terrace, balcony and roof
Optional and at the same price: the hours of direct sun a year and the sun at lunch and dinner time in summer. Only where the LiDAR is 25 or 50 cm (Barcelona and its area, and part of Navarre).
Solar heat in summer
How much solar energy reaches the glass of each window on an average day in July and in January, and how many hours of direct sun coincide with a hot street. It is exposure to the sun, not the temperature inside the flat.
Noise on each façade
Day and night level from the noise map for each façade, with the year of the data, where there is one; where there isn't, an indicative estimate by category.
The building
What's behind the front door.
Year and homes
Year built, homes and commercial units from the Cadastre.
Energy certificates
The rating of the certificates registered in the building and, if there is one, the flat's own.
Fibre and mobile coverage
Which operators bring fibre to the building and at what speed, and which have 4G and 5G in the street.
Tourist flats
Registered tourist homes in the building and within 100 m, and whether the flat itself is registered as one.
The street and the neighbourhood
What you find when you step out.
Air quality
NO₂, PM2.5 and PM10 for the area and, in Barcelona, the street, against the WHO guidelines and EU limits.
Low-emission zone
Whether the building is inside a low-emission zone and what it restricts.
On foot
Walking minutes to the nearest metro, supermarket, school, health centre and park.
Flooding and radon
Official 10, 100 and 500-year flood zones, and radon in the area.
Planning
Land zoning and what the urban plan allows on the plot.
Local prices
Average rent in the area and average appraised value nearby.
