Who we are
Asoleo is a service of Stack Studio. In compliance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información (LSSI, the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act):

What Asoleo is
Asoleo sells reports on a specific flat: the hours of direct sunlight at its windows, calculated with elevation and building models from public sources, and other data on the building and its surroundings. An Asoleo report is not a valuation, a certificate or a technical expert opinion: it is an estimate based on the public data available, which explains its sources, its margin of error and what it cannot see.
Purchases are governed by the terms of sale; personal data, by the privacy policy.
Use of the website
You may use the website and the reports you buy for your personal use or that of your business. You may not extract data in bulk from the website or the API, use them to resell reports, or try to access other people's reports.
Intellectual property
The design, texts, code and the way the reports are calculated and presented belong to Stack Studio. The source data belong to their owners, who are credited in each report with their licence; among them, the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya and the Instituto Geográfico Nacional, the Catalan and Spanish mapping agencies (CC BY 4.0), the Dirección General del Catastro (Spain's Directorate General for the Cadastre) and the OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
Liability
We take care to make sure the website and the reports are accurate, but public data may contain errors or be out of date, and a flat's surroundings change (building works, trees, awnings). We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the report. Liability for a report is limited to its price, as stated in the terms of sale. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
