Terms of sale

Last updated: 9 October 2026.

In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms apply to purchases from Asoleo. You accept them by ticking the box before paying. Seller: Stack Studio, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B67344077, Carrer de Còrsega, 236, local interior, 08036 Barcelona. Contact: hola@asoleo.es.

1. What you buy

A digital report on a specific flat: the hours of direct sunlight at the windows you choose, month by month and across the year, and chapters on the building and its surroundings (noise, risks, planning, prices and nearby services) when public data are available for the area.

The report is an estimate based on public data. It is not a valuation, a certificate or a technical expert opinion, and it is no substitute for visiting the flat. It cannot see what is not in the data: awnings, blinds, trees planted after the survey flight, new construction or the inside of the flat. The report explains its margin of error and its limits.

2. Price and payment

3. Delivery

The report is calculated straight away, usually in a couple of minutes. You see it on screen, you receive it by email with its PDF, and it stays available at a private link that works for 12 months. Save the PDF if you want to keep it after that.

4. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content that is produced and delivered as soon as you pay. For that reason, when you buy, you ask us to start immediately and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been delivered (Article 103(m) of the texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, the consolidated text of the Spanish General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

5. If something goes wrong

6. Liability

We carry out the calculation carefully and with the best public data available, but we do not guarantee that the result will match exactly what you see in the flat. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for a report is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

7. Use of the report

The report is for your personal use or that of your business: you can show it to whoever you like to make a decision about the flat, but you may not resell it or publish it as your own. The source data belong to their owners and are credited in the report with their licence; among them, the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya and the Instituto Geográfico Nacional, the Catalan and Spanish mapping agencies (CC BY 4.0), the Dirección General del Catastro (Spain's Directorate General for the Cadastre) and the OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).

8. Complaints and governing law

Write to us at hola@asoleo.es and we will reply within one week at most. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to you. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the consumer affairs services of your autonomous community (comunidad autónoma, your regional government).
