We measured 15 buildings on Carrer de Pau Marsal, in Universitari-Cementiri Vell. This is how the sun reaches each side of the street by floor on 21 December, the shortest day of the year.
Each side of the street with the report's winter scale on the first, middle and top floors: the median of its buildings on 21 December.
6 buildings · 62.5 dB by day
Between buildings on this side there is up to 50 min of difference on 21 December, and the floor changes it even more. Your flat, to the minute, in the report.

This page is about the street. Your window may face a courtyard, a chamfered corner or a building that does not weigh in here. The €19 report measures yours, minute by minute, all year.
Calculate my flatDaytime sound level (Ld) 1–3 m from the façade, from the Generalitat's strategic noise map (phase 4, 2022), in 5 dB bands. It is the street's level, not a flat's.
The report's winter scale, from “No winter sun” to “Lots of winter sun”, based on direct sun on the window on 21 December, 1 m from the façade at window-centre height. It comes from the ICGC's 1 m LiDAR (2021–2023 flight) and the sun's position, minute by minute.
Here the figure is the scale for each side of the street and each floor, the median of its buildings, not of one flat. The exact minute count for a specific flat, with its window, its floor and whether it faces the street or the courtyard, is the report.
With 1 m LiDAR, narrow streets and eaves come out less sharply than with Barcelona's 25 cm data: the average error is around 15 minutes a day. Tree canopies let part of the sun through, and buildings put up after the 2021–2023 flight are not included.
